Essentials and Complete both include 2 people, so one more person can have their own login at no extra cost, and you can add up to 2 more at £45 + VAT a month each. If you grow beyond that, you can move to a plan with more people.
Can I run the whole business from my phone?
Yes. Klyro is the full platform on your phone, not a cut-down companion app. Manage customers, plan jobs, quote, record the work, issue certificates, invoice and follow up from the field. A desktop gives you more screen space, not access to a different set of features. Your role and permissions apply on every device.
Do I have to use everything from day one?
No. Start with the work you already do: add your customers, put jobs in the diary and send invoices. Bring in booking, certificates, service plans and automations as you need them.
